In your home or in one of my beautiful partner spaces
I’m delighted to offer private, small‑group gong baths for individuals, couples, families, and friends. These sessions are designed as deeply restorative experiences: an opportunity to relax, reset, and reconnect with your inner stillness.
You’re welcome to book a session in your own home, or choose from one of my carefully selected private‑hire spaces across Cornwall.
What to Expect
A private gong bath experience lasts around 90 minutes from start to finish. Once everyone is settled, I’ll introduce the gongs and share a little about the power of sound as a restorative practice. From there, we begin with a short guided meditation to help your body and nervous system soften into the space.
The gong bath itself lasts for approximately 40 minutes, followed by a few quiet minutes in silence to allow the sounds to integrate gently. When it’s time to return, I’ll guide you back with kochi chimes and my voice, helping you land softly and with presence.
After the session, I offer light grounding nibbles, such as dates, grapes, and chocolate, along with a choice of herbal teas. I allow around 15–20 minutes at the end for everyone to fully ground, reconnect, and enjoy this gentle transition before I pack away.
Private Gong Baths at Haye Cornwall
I’m honoured to host private gong baths for up to six people at Haye Cornwall, a vegan animal sanctuary nestled in 25 acres of rolling Cornish valley. Sessions take place in a beautiful wellness space attached to their 15th‑century farm house. The space is complete with underfloor heating and a serene, grounding atmosphere that naturally deepens the sound journey.
Haye Cornwall offers unique holidays and transformative wellness retreats, and all profits from these and from your private gong bath go directly toward caring for their rescued ponies, donkeys, chickens, and pig. By choosing this space, you’re not only receiving a powerful sound healing experience – you’re also directly supporting the wellbeing of these cherished animals.
