I offer regular heart-centred circles throughout the year. Your first session with me is free; with an exchange of £15 for future sessions.
An Immersion in Presence and Stillness
Heart‑Centred Circles are gentle, soul‑led gatherings created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rest in a space held with love and compassion. These circles are non‑judgemental, nurturing places where you can simply be, exactly as you are.
Each gathering is shaped around a soul‑centred theme. The first theme is:
Reconnecting With Your Inner Wisdom
Many of us carry stories, expectations, and patterns that shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. These circles offer a gentle space to pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the truth of who we are beneath the layers of conditioning.
Each session invites a different theme, but the intention remains the same: to meet ourselves with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.
In our time together, we may explore:
- Recognising our inherent worth and inner wisdom
- Softening self‑judgement and cultivating self‑kindness
- Welcoming home the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden or forgotten
- Remembering ourselves as souls — luminous, whole, and deeply loved
These circles are an opportunity to rest into your own presence, to be witnessed without expectation, and to reconnect with the quiet knowing that lives within you.
Closing With a Gong Bath
We complete the circle with a soothing gong bath to support integration and deep rest. The sound helps the body and nervous system soften, allowing the insights of the circle to settle gently within you.
After the gong bath, we take time to ground together with a warm herbal tea and simple nourishing snacks such as dates, fruit, and/or a little chocolate. This gentle closing helps you return to your body, reconnect with the group, and ease your way back into the rest of your day.
You are warmly welcome to join — to rest, to breathe, to reconnect with the quiet wisdom within you. This is a space for every person that feels drawn, regardless of background or belief, held in unconditional love.
