The sessions take place in Golberdon Village Hall: a warm, welcoming venue with underfloor heating, offering a comfortable and relaxed setting for our gatherings.

    “From the moment the session began, I knew exactly what to expect and straight away felt calm and at ease.
    I was guided clearly on what to bring and what to expect, which helped me feel relaxed and supported before we even started.
    During the gong bath I felt deeply relaxed, with a beautiful tingling all over my body — especially in my third eye and crown chakra. I experienced vivid colours of blue and yellow, and a really lovely image of a fawn. She curled up and went to sleep at my heart.
    Afterwards it was amazing how long I could still hear the gongs for — the space in silence felt perfect for letting everything settle and integrate.
    The sound itself was perfect. I loved the way it slowly built and how the different sounds layered over each other. I wouldn’t change a thing — nothing was missing, and I left feeling great.”

    “There was a lovely introduction to the sounds, how they might benefit you, what to expect and what you might feel. Right from the start I felt informed, relaxed and at ease.
    Amanda made sure I was comfortable — I needed to sit in a chair — and she was so welcoming. She made me feel truly held and cared for. The room was warm, with dimmed lighting, and she created a really relaxing ambience.
    During the gong bath I was deeply relaxed, drifting into sleep and dream states, and felt very calm throughout. I am an advanced sound practitioner myself, and it was genuinely a professional, amazing experience — I loved it.
    I really appreciated the silence at the end. It gave me time to enjoy the calmness and gently begin to return to everyday awareness.
