“From the moment the session began, I knew exactly what to expect and straight away felt calm and at ease.

During the gong bath I felt deeply relaxed, with a beautiful tingling all over my body — especially in my third eye and crown chakra. I experienced vivid colours of blue and yellow, and a really lovely image of a fawn. She curled up and went to sleep at my heart.

During the gong bath I felt completely relaxed. The sounds had a positive effect on both my body and mind — I felt more connected, deeply grounded, and although gently tired, also energised at the same time.
