I offer regular gong baths throughout the year. Your first session with me is free; with an exchange of £15 for future sessions.

A gong bath is an immersion in sound. As you lie down and relax, the tones of the gong create waves of vibration that move through the space and around your body. People experience this in many different ways — some find it deeply relaxing, others feel energised or reflective, and some simply enjoy the sound itself.

The session offers an opportunity to rest, notice, and reconnect with your inner wisdom in whatever way feels right for you.

These sessions focus purely on sound and stillness, offering a deeply restorative experience that can soothe the nervous system, release tension, and invite a sense of spacious inner calm.

What to Expect

  • You’ll be guided into relaxation and then immersed in the sound of the gong for roughly 40 minutes
  • Afterwards, we will spend a few quiet minutes in silence to allow the sounds to integrate gently before returning, being guided by my voice
  • We’ll enjoy a herbal tea and light nibbles (grapes, dates and chocolate)

Gong baths are for you if you’re seeking

  • Quiet, uninterrupted rest
  • A meditative, immersive sound journey
  • A space to unwind without group interaction
  • Deep relaxation and energetic reset

You simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to wash through you.

Coming Back into Resonance

Every organ, tissue, and cell in the body has its own optimal frequency when it’s healthy and vibrant. But toxins, stress, or life events can shift those frequencies. The gong helps the body return to its natural resonance.

If one organ goes out of tune, it affects the whole body, because together we have a composite frequency. Sound healing brings everything back into holistic resonance.

The gong is special because it contains all frequencies in the universe — through its tones, harmonics, and overtones. Unlike most linear instruments, when you strike a gong, the sound continues to resonate and layer upon itself. Each stroke adds new frequencies, forming complex patterns of vibration that fill the entire space. This means the gong’s sound field covers all frequencies — addressing every part of the physical body.
